The Company conducted ESG-related training courses twice in 2025, with a total of 6 colleagues completing the training. The training programs
and participation details for 2025 are as follows:

“Greenhouse Gas Inventory One-Day Training” The course covers sharing of net-zero trends in the industry, an overview of the updated ISO 14064-1 standard, and corporate carbon
management and emission reduction case studies. A total of 2 colleagues participated in this course, with total training hours reaching 16 hours. -
“Greenhouse Gas Management Practical Workshop and Sustainable Development Promotion Session” To enhance listed companies’ awareness of climate change issues
and to promote greenhouse gas reduction and sustainable development actions, the Taiwan Stock Exchange, in collaboration with the Chinese Corporate Governance Association, once again organized ESG sustainability talent training programs with a strong practical orientation. In this session, instructors shared the latest developments and policies on sustainability issues and provided concrete and feasible solutions. Participating companies were encouraged to implement sustainability initiatives through both institutional frameworks and corporate culture development, advancing toward sustainable development pathways. A total of 6 colleagues participated in this program, with total training hours reaching 54 hours.

The Company conducted Corporate Governance Evaluation training courses 3 times in 2025. The training content for 2025 is summarized as follows:

“2025 Corporate Governance Evaluation Promotion and Briefing Session” In addition to explaining the amendments to the 2025 Corporate Governance Evaluation, the session also covers recent regulatory revisions related to corporate governance, ESG information
disclosure and recent implementation measures, as well as an introduction to the IR Engagement Service Platform. A total of 2 colleagues participated, with total training hours reaching 6 hours. -
“2025 Emerging and TPEx-Listed Companies Compliance Promotion Session”
The session focuses on statutory requirements for emerging and TPEx-listed companies. Topics include newly amended regulations and common deficiencies in material information disclosure, key reminders and frequent errors in information reporting, recent key
internal control issues, the Green Securities Certification System, corporate value enhancement initiatives, and the latest key ESG topics. A total of 2 colleagues participated, with total training hours reaching 6 hours. -
“ESG Evaluation Promotion and Sustainable Disclosure Compliance Seminar”
The session promotes ESG information disclosure and provides an overview of recent implementation measures. A total of 2 colleagues participated, with total training hours reaching 6 hours. -
“Integrated Analysis on ESG Reporting in Annual Reports and Sustainable Disclosure Regulatory Compliance”
With the official implementation of IFRS S1/S2, sustainable disclosure has entered a new stage of full legalization and enhanced regulatory supervision. Enterprises are required not only to ensure compliant disclosure, but also to establish sustainable governance
capabilities that can withstand external assurance and legal review.

Description
To implement corporate governance and strengthen internal control and self-management, the Company provides external training courses related to internal audit and internal control. Through internal control and audit competency development, this initiative supports frontline supervisors and audit personnel in mastering risk management techniques, and in
establishing a sound governance framework and a culture of accountability.
The target participants of this plan are personnel from the Internal Audit Department and designated internal audit agent personnel. As of the end of 2025, the total training hours completed under the Internal Audit Development Plan reached 36 hours.

To meet the stringent quality and safety management standards required by the food industry, the Company conducts annual external training courses related to food safety and quality management, including HACCP and GMP programs.
HACCP System Training and Continuing Education (conducted annually): Training courses related to the HACCP Food Safety Control System.
Food Safety and Nutritionist Professional Courses: Professional training programs such as nutritionist knowledge development, health supplement courses, and participation in
