About JJ Biomedical
The Soft-shelled Turtle Kingdom created by Jiajie: Focus, Persistence, Optimism, and Positivity

For over 40 years, Chunghwa Cod, originating from Mino in Taiwan, has supplied large quantities of high-quality soft-shelled turtle fry and soft-shelled turtle-related food ingredients, earning a reputation in Japan, Taiwan, and mainland China. Through collaboration with DOMO and Koyosha in Japan, Chunghwa Co., Ltd., we develop and provide services related to soft-shelled turtle biotechnology products, safeguarding the health of countless customers.

The artificial cultivation of soft-shelled turtles originated in Taiwan in 1959.

Mr. Zhong Zhaolong, the father of former General Manager of Jiajie Technology Co., Ltd., Zhong Xiangfeng, began researching soft-shelled turtle artificial breeding and rearing by chance, starting with just five soft-shelled turtles. Two years later, he was successfully supplying 3,000 fry daily to downstream farmers, teaching them water quality control and feeding methods. This marked the beginning of commercial soft-shelled turtle rearing in Taiwan, laying the foundation for Taiwan's subsequent soft-shelled turtle exports to Japan and mainland China.

Japanese company DOMO imports soft-shelled turtle eggs from shareholders of Jiajie to produce [Remain Young]

In Taiwan, MIYAKU provided the method for producing soft-shelled turtle powder and soft-shelled turtle oil, which were then shipped back to Japan for use in premium soft-shelled turtle food. Almost 75% of the raw materials for this premium soft-shelled turtle food came from shareholders of the Jiajie Technology Corporation. Six years later, DOMO, a Japanese company, applied for a patent for producing soft-shelled turtle egg food in Japan and officially began supplying soft-shelled turtle eggs from Jiajie Technology Corporation's shareholders. Annual production of soft-shelled turtle eggs increased from 2 tons in 1989 to 20 tons in 1998, and supply has continued to increase since then.

Fresh soft-shelled turtle eggs are sterilized and frozen in Mino, Taiwan, then shipped to Japan to be made into [Remain-Young]. Soft-shelled turtle eggs have a very unique nutritional profile, containing a rich and precious amount of animal lecithin.

Japan is the first nation in the world to use soft-shelled turtle products on a large scale.

Cod is considered a valuable dietary supplement worldwide, with its benefits documented in the Shennong Herbal Classic and the Compendium of Materia Medica. These records were highly valued and studied by the Japanese, leading to the release of "LIFE," a food specifically made from soft-shelled turtles, in 1968. Its name, meaning "source of life," was released. Following its release, LIFE gained immense popularity in Japan, leading to a surge in production. By 1972, demand for "LIFE," made from wild soft-shelled turtles, was insufficient, forcing the company to rely on Taiwan's already mass-produced soft-shelled turtle aquaculture industry, at the expense of expensive air freight.

In 1995, Jiajie was established, combining 25 years of experience in Japan to professionally serve the Chinese people.

On May 30, 1995, the descendants of Mr. Zhong Zhaolong, who raised soft-shelled turtles, combined with the experience of Japanese friends, jointly established Jiajie Technology Enterprise Co., Ltd. to professionally manufacture the [Soft-shelled Turtle Essence-P] product in Taiwan, using some of the raw materials exported to MIYAKU. This reduced the burden on Taiwanese people of traveling thousands of miles to Japan to purchase LIFE or other soft-shelled turtle products.

At the end of 1997, with the recommendation of DOMO, Gaoyangshe, the Japanese distributor of the soft-shelled turtle egg product [Remain-Young], finally decided to officially import [Remain-Young] products from Japan to Taiwan. In addition, some of the excellent products provided by Gaoyangshe in Japan will also be handed over to Jiajie Technology Enterprise Co., Ltd. for service to the Taiwanese people.

In 1998, Jiajie Company and Japan Takayosha Co., Ltd. officially cooperated

Koyosha is currently the most highly regarded company in Japan for promoting the "cold-inspired health method." For over a decade, they have benefited the health of many people in Japan by promoting their patented soft-shell turtle egg product, Maxim-P (Remain-Young), in combination with their pine needle product, Hisens.

On August 8, 2002, the company was officially listed in Taiwan under the category of biotechnology.

After passing the ISO-9002 international quality management standard certification on December 31, 1997, Jiajie Technology Corporation began to establish the company's internal control system in the middle of the following year, commissioning Zhicheng Joint Accounting Firm to begin establishing the company's internal control system. After establishing a complete internal control system and preparing relevant information such as the public prospectus, Jiajie Technology Corporation was approved by the Securities and Futures Bureau for a public offering on January 10, 2000.
