Supplier Management Policy

Jia Jie Biomedical Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) places great importance on the quality, environmental protection, safety, and health performance of its supply chain. Accordingly, for new suppliers of key raw materials, the Company conducts due diligence to verify whether they have obtained environmental, health, and safety (EHS) certifications and to assess whether any major EHS incidents have occurred within the past three years. In addition, the Company has established ongoing supplier monitoring and annual performance evaluation mechanisms to manage suppliers’ delivery performance and product quality. All new suppliers must comply with the Labor Standards Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and are required to sign a Supplier Social Responsibility Commitment Letter, pledging to comply with the following principles:

Labor and Human Rights
  • Prohibit all forms of forced, bonded, or involuntary labor.

  • ·Not employ child labor under any circumstances.

  •  Provide fair compensation and legally mandated benefits.

  •  Protect employees’ working hours and rest periods in accordance with applicable labor laws.

  •  Prohibit workplace harassment, bullying, and discrimination of any kind.

Health and Safety

Provision of necessary measures related to occupational safety, emergency response, industrial hygiene, machinery safeguarding, public health, accommodations and meals, as well as health and safety information.

Environment

Environmental operation permits; pollution prevention and resource conservation; management of hazardous substances, wastewater, non-hazardous solid waste, noise, and air emissions; restrictions related to products and services; and energy/resource consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.

Code of Ethics

Integrity in business operations; respect for intellectual property rights; compliance with relevant confidentiality agreements; protection of privacy; and avoidance of conflicts of interest.

Implementation Status
 
  • The Company publishes an annual “Sustainability Report” to disclose the implementation and progress of our supplier management.

  • In 2025, the Company introduced a supplier social responsibility commitment letter signing encouragement system. Currently, the commitment letters signed by 12 key suppliers have achieved a 100% collection rate. Going forward, the Company will progressively require suppliers to sign and comply with the commitment letter, which will also be included as one of the mandatory documents for new supplier onboarding. In addition, the Company conducts random inspections from time to time to check whether suppliers have violated the commitment letter requirements.

Supplier Procurement Management Process
 
New Supplier Review
  • Priority is given to suppliers certified with GHP (Good Hygiene Practice) and ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System).

  • Suppliers are screened through the “Supplier Evaluation Form”.

  • Suppliers sign the Social Responsibility Commitment Letter.

Qualified Supplier Approval Review
  • For qualified new suppliers, the procurement unit shall attach an acceptance inspection approval report and register the supplier on the “Supplier Information Card.”

Supplier Monitoring
  • Suppliers are reviewed monthly based ondelivery lead time and qualityas key monitoring indicators to ensure that supplier delivery status meets requirements.

Regular Supplier Evaluation
  • Supplier evaluations are conducted every six months (including quality, delivery lead time, service, etc.).

  • The “Supplier Performance Assessment Form” shall be completed, and re-inspections are performed from time to time.
