To protect the working environment and the personal safety of our employees, JIA JIE Co., Ltd. (the "Company") complies with Article 14, Paragraph 3 of Taiwan’s Occupational Safety and Health Act and has appointed dedicated occupational safety and health (OSH) personnel. We have also established Safety and Health Work Rules, which are promoted, implemented, and communicated to relevant departments on an ongoing basis.
 

1. OSH Management and Accountability
   We formulate occupational injury and illness prevention plans, develop emergency response plans, and guide relevant departments in implementation. We plan and supervise safety and health facility inspections, conduct education and training, and provide employees with OSH consultation services.
    

2. Equipment Maintenance and Inspections
   All machinery and equipment used at the workplace are subject to regular, focused, and operational inspections in accordance with the Company’s annual safety and health inspection plan.
    

3. Workplace Safety and Hygiene Standards
   Safety and health protective devices required for workplaces, machinery, and equipment must not be removed or disabled. Any removal or loss of function must be reported immediately and promptly remedied.
    

4. Education and Training
   Fire safety seminars and evacuation drills are conducted on a regular basis to ensure the safety of the working environment and employees.
    

5. First Aid and Emergency Response
   First aid and rescue in the event of an emergency are carried out in accordance with the Company’s Emergency Response Plan.
