After passing ISO 9002 international quality management standard certification on December 31, 1997, we commissioned CPA firm, CT Cheng, to establish a company-wide financial system mid-year. After undergoing comprehensive auditing and other processes, we were finally approved for a public offering on January 10, 2000.

Thanks to the dedicated efforts of our administrative staff and distributors, our performance has grown steadily year after year, reaching annual sales exceeding NT$450 million in 2001, with EPS reaching NT$1.47 per share. With the guidance of Wing Chang Securities, we officially submitted our application for OTC listing on March 8, 2002. The application was approved by the Securities and Futures Commission on May 8, and we were officially listed on August 8 under the Biotechnology sector, number 4109.

With the completion of our OTC listing, JJC will continue to achieve outstanding results under the principles of sustainable operations, service-first, and profit-sharing.
