Human Rights Policy

To fulfill our corporate social responsibility and uphold the protection of human rights, JIA JIE Co., Ltd. (the "Company") adheres to the principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), and the International Labour Organization (ILO). Guided by these international standards, we have established a Human Rights Policy to prevent any form of human rights violation or infringement.

1. Workplace Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

The Company is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. We ensure that employees are not subject to any form of discrimination or unequal treatment based on gender, sexual orientation, race, social class, age, marital status, language, beliefs, religion, political affiliation, place of origin, appearance, physical features, or disability.

2.  Respect for Workplace Human Rights

We strictly prohibit child labor and any form of forced labor, including high-risk assignments, excessive workloads, or compulsory night shifts. We manage working hours responsibly and maintain a workplace that safeguards freedom of expression and the freedoms of association and peaceful assembly.

We also prohibit all forms of sexual harassment and workplace bullying whether physical, verbal, or psychological and have established confidential grievance channels. When incidents occur, the Human Resources Department and relevant units handle cases under strict confidentiality, impose appropriate disciplinary actions, and implement internal corrective measures.

3. Providing a Safe and Healthy Working Environment

The Company is committed to establishing and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace. We work together to reduce occupational safety and health risks, promote employees’ physical and mental well-being, and support work-life balance.

4. Implementing Information Security

To respect the privacy rights of all stakeholders and to ensure the lawful collection and use of personal data, the Company has established and rigorously enforces an Information Security Policy. This policy is designed to ensure that the privacy and personal information of all stakeholders are properly protected.

5. Diverse Communication Channels

The Company is committed to fostering positive labor relations and a harmonious workplace. Through meetings, performance reviews, and open communication mechanisms, we encourage employees to express their opinions and provide feedback. These practices ensure that employees’ labor rights and interests are properly respected and protected.

Human Rights Protection Training

To strengthen workplace gender equality and raise awareness of sexual harassment prevention among all employees, the Company announced the “Workplace Sexual Harassment Prevention Measures, Complaint, Disciplinary and Penalty Regulations” on 2024/09/24. An education and training session was held on 2025/09/05, with a total of 63 participants and 15.75 training hours completed.
